As direct file agency, we are entitled to applyfor Liberian and Hongkong Seafarers Certification directly, as well as Panama flagstate certification.
Since its establishment in 2004, We have successfully manned the whole set crew on 22 ocean-going vessels for European，Hongkong and taiwan owner.
